I really like Red Mesa Cantina! It has the best patio in St Pete and off the beaten path of Central Ave so it's not so obnoxious. They serve decent Mexican style food. I wouldn't call it authentic but they have a decent selection of dishes. I LOVE the duck taco, it's one of the best menu items. My mother gets the empanada when she is in town.
